Central NY is quite rural and there are plenty such people up here, and there are whole counties amd states full of quesgions dogmatic people — you have to sort of insulate yourself in certain social groups if you want to live the Scandinavian way the godless Socialist way, of course.
For some reason it was the opening of the car doors that really threw me. Other subjects too they are alost as ignorant as a person that has not gone to school at all… I suppose most of their knowledge is from movies and tv.
